Our procurement policy strictly requires suppliers to disclose the origin of these minerals and submit due diligence documentation in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidelines and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards. If the use of conflict minerals cannot be avoided in a specific project, suppliers must provide a detailed removal timeline and proof of conversion to compliant sources.
